At Dancewear Centre, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your dancewear is in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached; please note that tights and undergarments are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
